Include your name, desired date of appointment, tattoo inspiration or concept (photograph is recommended), desired location and size of tattoo.
Design work
We provide minimal design work. However, we’re happy to assist with design inspiration and purchases through online artists and marketplaces such as Etsy.
Additional information
If you do not email final design ideas 3 days prior to your appt, you will lose your deposit and be asked to reschedule.
A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
We cannot make complete design changes on the day of your appointment (only minor size adjustments).
You must be over 18.
You must not be pregnant or nursing.
